Our complimentary photo shoot is designed to portray the stunning beauty of of your resort while giving guests the opportunity to capture the joy of their vacation.
This special offer is available to all guests residing at the resort, regardless of the details of their stay. The photo shoot will be conducted at a designated location after evaluation of the resort’s landscape. Sign boards, logos, and other representative materials of the resort’s brand will be visible in the background of all pictures.
If other services (such as printing) are requested during the event, additional charges will be incurred according to the rates provided in this proposal.

Our drone photography and videography package has been developed with the utmost respect and awareness of the privacy of guests residing at the resort.
Our specialized drone pilots are the only individuals with the authority to operate the drones. Any guests who would like to procure aerial footage are welcome to request the service directly from the resort.
Drones will not, under any circumstances, be deployed in a residential area.
Booking in advance required for all services.
Prices will be finalized upon evaluation of room rates and resort occupancy levels. We welcome all opportunities for discussion and negotiation of prices. Our clients will always be given the highest precedence, and the satisfaction of your guests is our ultimate goal.
REVENUE SHARE
As potential partners of your resort, we offer a share of CHS’s Total Monthly Revenue to you. We welcome all negotiations regarding the specifics.
In line with this agreement, resident photographers will be sending a daily sales report through email. The report will be shared with the relevant members of your resort and Creative Hospitality Solutions.
At the end of every month, the invoice will be calculated based on these daily reports. Any agreed upon deductions and revenue distributions will be executed by the resort before fulfilment of the invoice.
